Iranian Cinema Organization Issues Statement Following U.S.-Israeli Aggression Against Iran and Martyrdom of Minab Students

According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Cinema Organization, the statement reads:

“Cinema is a mirror that preserves the image of the oppressed for eternity.

Once again, the bloodstained claws of global arrogance and its agents have emerged from the sleeves of ignorance and madness. In a cowardly act of aggression against the security and sanctity of our homeland, they have inscribed another dark chapter of cruelty in the annals of history.

This assault on the borders of our beloved Iran and the killing of the young students of noble Minab represent not merely a military confrontation, but the complete collapse of morality at the altar of the expansionist policies pursued by the United States and the child-killing Israeli regime.

The enemies of this land imagine that by violating our homeland and extinguishing the lives of these young children, they can block the path of knowledge and resistance. They remain unaware that the blood of the oppressed itself drives history forward and awakens dormant consciences searching for truth beneath the rubble of media falsehoods.

This aggression will further strengthen the determination of a nation deeply rooted in courage and dignity.

The mission of our art today is to document the epic defense of the homeland, tell the story of the suffering of the daughters of the sun, and expose the hideous face of aggressors who have sacrificed human rights in pursuit of their colonial interests.

While offering our condolences to the honorable people of Iran and the grieving families, we pledge that we will not allow the memory of these fallen angels or the sacrifices of the defenders of our homeland to disappear into the passage of time.

The frames of Iranian cinema will bear witness to the greatness of a nation that offers its most precious children to safeguard its dignityand territorial integrity.”
